Chapter 1.9 Protection

Time flies in the sim world, so it was only a matter of time before The 4 kids in the household aged up. Brandon was first and developed the flirty trait.

Bree was next and developed the technophobe trait.

Carly was next and developed the hates children trait.

Derrick aged up and developed the hopeless romantic trait.

Brandon, was being a typical teenage guy and was only obsessed with getting a girl and moving onto the next one.

Bree, when she aged up ran to her guitar to start making music.

But, that did not stop Bree from having a boyfriend. His name was Garret and he was the school jock, always picking on people whether they were innocent or not. He had power, which is why Bree was drawn to him.

Carly became obsessed with losing her baby fat, always in front of the t.v. working out, desperate to get results.

Carly's real passion lay in photography, going around town and snapping new shots, was a normal thing for Carly. Then she would rush to the computer to upload this pics to Facebook to show her friends how talented she is.

It was not long before she lost all her baby fat. Carly was so proud to display her new figure.

Bree even helped her with a makeover, they went shopping to pick out the shortest shorts they could find and a pair of sky scrapper heels. When the girls got home and tried on their new outfits, they were happy as can be.

Carly was un-definably, a very cute teenager and was so grateful to her sister for helping her with her makeover.

This inspired Carly to go out and take even more photos, and she knew her lifetime wish was to become a Visionary.

To kick off being a teen and having at least some freedoms, Brandon decided to throw a party, inviting all their friends for a great night at the beach.

And the party was on! As the teens left the house, Ethan watched on wondering if he should be afraid of his son's plans for this party.

The teens took advantage of this moment with no parents and danced with their latest crushes.

Brandon had his latest fling, Sophie.

Bree had her longtime boyfriend, Garret. Which was awkward for him to be at the party because Brandon found him mean and full of himself. But, he kept his mouth shut for Bree's sake.

Derrick danced with a girl named Micki, who Bree and Carly were trying to set him up with all of their Junior year.

Carly danced with Alex Tyler, Stephanie's (Adam's girlfriend) brother. Carly knew they would never be a thing but allowed herself to have fun with him.

Bree was also thinking about her love-life. Garret had been trying to get Bree to go all the way with him for a while now, Bree was set on saving herself for marriage but Garret would not let it go.

"C'mon babe, let's go back to my place after the party, my 'rents are out of town!" Garret said pulling Bree into yet another kiss.

"No, I told you Garret I'm saving myself until marriage." Bree said when she could finally come up for air.

"OK little Miss. Perfect, I won't tell anyone so let's go. Garret said pulling her in

"I said no!" Bree now had no push Garret's arms off of her so she could get away.

"Why are you being such a bitch Bree?" Garret spat at her.

"What did you just call her!?" Brandon exploded at Garret.

"I said... What did you just call her?!" Brandon said with a fury that no one had seen before. Brandon's only worry was to protect his younger sister. No matter what the cost.

"Bree and Is relationship is none of your business. C'mon Bree let's go." Garret said grabbing Bree's arm which  Bree immediately shook off.

"None of my business!?" "Bree is my sister and I will do anything to protect her from jacka***s like you!"

"Guys, please tone it down!" Bree begged with the boys.

Garret would have none of it. Garret attacked Brandon and tackled him to the ground.

Brandon might have not been expected this, but he had his share of playground fights and knew how to whoop a**. This was something that Garret lacked, and was actually quite bad at fighting.

Brandon, with one final blow, forced Garret to the ground. Garret couldn't even stand straight after that last blow.

"Fine, keep your slut of a sister." Garret grumbled as he left the party, hanging his head in shame.

Bree however, had not heard the comment, she was to emotional to stand there and watch her brother and boyfriend battle to the death over her.

Bree, fighting tears the whole way, sat on a bench trying to calm herself down so she could return to the party that was suppose to be fun.

Bree had finally let the tears stream down her face when Brandon noticed her sitting by herself and a wave of guilt crashed over him.

"Hey." was the only thing that Brandon could say when he saw his glass-eyed sister.

After a long awkward silence between them, Brandon finally spoke.

"Look, I did what I did to protect you, I love you sis and how do you expect me to sit around and let him to that to you. Garret's a dick and he can't see that you are an amazing girl and you deserve better than him."

That was the longest speech that Brandon had ever given Bree, and she realized this.

"You would do anything for me?" Bree said teary-eyed again.

"Of course, no matter how old we get, or no matter how high maintenance you are, you're my sister and I love you."

The beach was empty now, except for Brandon and Bree.

"Let's go home bro, BEFORE mom and dad call the cops?"

"Right behind you."

The next day Selena was consumed with the fact the all her kids were grown and she needed an heir to pass on the legacy.

Selena didn't want to let go of her kids, Selena still insisted on making her kids' beds and doing their laundry.

When the eligible kids got home, they sat on the sofa and awaited their mom's decision.

So... who will you vote to be heir?

Will it be Adam, who is usually such a bookworm, until he met Stephanie, and she brought him out of his comfort zone an into a world of being rebellious. Still Adam is determined for success, no matter what the cost.

Or maybe it will be Bree, who had a rebellious childhood but, grew up to be a mellow teen who's only obsession was with music was turned upside down when she met Garret, and this boy would make her choose between him, or her brother.

Or lastly, Brandon a boy that was ignored as a toddler is certainly not ignored now, by the girls or by the rest of the student body. His way of showing this is by protecting everyone he cares about, mostly his twin sister Bree. But one day will he take things to far?
